1. About this shop
AfriGrow Home sells Khulisa household baskets, groceries and household essentials through virtualshop.afrigrowhome.africa. Contact us at khulisa@afrigrowholdings.co.za or 032 002 0084. Our published office address is 21 Larkson Crescent, Stanger Manor, KwaDukuza, KwaZulu-Natal 4449. Please arrange any visit or return with our team first.
2. Products, prices and orders
Check the product description, pack or case size, quantity, delivery details and final total before ordering. Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Applicable tax and any delivery charge must be shown or agreed before payment; no additional charge will be imposed without your agreement. Images are illustrative; the listed description and pack size identify the goods ordered.
3. Availability and corrections
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. An order acknowledgement is not proof of payment or dispatch. If stock is unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact you to agree a correction or offer a refund. We will not substitute products without your consent.
4. Payment and account security
Only enabled payment options shown at checkout can be used. Payment details are entered through the selected payment provider. Never share a password, card PIN or verification code with a KAO or support agent. Test-mode payments are demonstrations and do not constitute payment for a live order. Ordinary shop purchases are once-off; they do not create a recurring subscription.
5. Delivery, cancellations and personal information

We use the contact and address details supplied to process and fulfil your order; see the Privacy Notice for more information. Please keep your details accurate and tell us promptly about any correction.
6. Consumer rights and questions
South African law applies. These terms do not exclude rights under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where applicable. Contact our team with your order reference for a complaint or query. You may also approach the relevant consumer protection authority or ombud.
