Enquiry privacy notice

AfriGrow Home collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry topic and message so our authorised team can respond, follow up and maintain an enquiry record. Name, email and message are needed to handle your request; phone is optional. Please do not include identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information.

Enquiries are stored securely in the Digital Command Centre. Our authorised team and service providers supporting hosting and email delivery process these details for this purpose. A receipt is emailed to you and a notification to our internal enquiry mailbox.

Closed enquiries are retained for five years from closure, then reviewed for secure deletion unless another lawful requirement requires retention. Open enquiries remain available while being handled. This form does not subscribe you to advertising or marketing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or raise an objection or privacy concern. Please contact privacy@afrigrowholdings.co.za and quote your enquiry reference. Requests are assessed under applicable legal and retention obligations.

You may also lodge a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
