Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. How to request help
Email khulisa@afrigrowholdings.co.za or call 032 002 0084 with your order reference, the affected items and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect goods, photographs help us investigate, but are not a condition that removes your legal rights. Do not send card details, PINs or passwords.
2. Cancellation before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods and any delivery service not provided. If it has already been dispatched, we will explain the applicable return process and any lawful return costs before making arrangements.
3. Online cooling-off rights
Where the ECTA cooling-off right applies, you may cancel within seven days after receiving the goods, without a cancellation penalty. Only the direct cost of returning the goods may be payable by you. Refunds under this right are due within 30 days of cancellation. Statutory exceptions include goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and goods made to your specifications. Groceries are not all automatically excluded.
4. Damaged, unsafe, defective or incorrect goods
Please tell us promptly and keep the goods and packaging where safe. Do not consume goods you believe are unsafe. Where the CPA applies, goods failing its quality requirements may be returned within six months at our risk and expense, for repair, replacement or refund as the law provides. This does not extend a perishable product’s normal shelf life or cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect storage. An opened pack does not by itself remove a valid defect claim. Incorrect or missing items will be investigated and corrected or refunded.
5. Returns and refunds
Arrange a return or collection with our team before sending goods. We will confirm the process, amount and timing in writing. No return fee applies where the return is due to our error or a valid statutory defect claim. Refunds are made to the original payment method where supported; any alternative must be verified with the original payer. Bank processing time may vary. Statutory refund deadlines take precedence and no compulsory store credit replaces a refund you are legally entitled to receive.
6. Unavailable goods and delivery problems
If we cannot supply paid goods, we will notify you and refund the unavailable items and any undelivered service, unless you agree an alternative. If delivery is delayed, contact us to agree a revised date or exercise an applicable cancellation right. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory remedies.
